Devour the irrestible treat ,paneer makhni with naans and parathas. The creamy makhni gravy embodies the succulent paneer cubes just perfectly and renders a rich taste and flavour to this punjabi cuisine specialty dish.
- Heat the butter and oil in a pan and add the onion paste, garlic paste and saute for 2 minutes.
- Add the turmeric powder, chilli powder and tomato puree, mix well and saute till the oil seprates.
- Add the kasoori methi, milk, sugar, salt and paneer cubes, mix well and cook on a slow flame for 2-3 minutes.
- Serve hot.
