Ingredients
Method

  1. Take a bowl and whisk dahi till it mix well.
  2. Gradually add gram flour and whisk till dahi and flour mixes well
  3. Add water to this mixture and keep aside.
  4. Cut potates,onions and baby corn in fine slices.keep aside.
  5. Take a deep and heavy bottom vessel add oil
  6. When oil gets heated add hing,mustered seed,cumin seeds,methi seeds, curry leaves and whole chillies.
  7. Add sliced potato,onion and baby corn,peanuts and salt
  8. Fry till light brown.
  9. Add turmeric powder,chilli powder.
  10. Add dahi,besan mixture gradually.
  11. Stir continuously till it boils.
  12. Cover it and keep boiling on medium flame for 10 minutes.
  13. Delious kadhi is ready.
