A delicious kheer made with a combination of rice and sago. . Simply delicious!
- Wash the rice and sago and cook both in little water till soft.
- Add the milk and sugar, mix well and bring to boil or till the mixture becomes thick.
- Add the cardamom powder, saffron and nuts and mix well and remove from the flame.
- Serve hot or chilled.
