Delicious Healthy Salad

Healthy salad with lots of vitamins. The combination of beans pulses and spices.
- Soak and cook all the beans separately in salted water till soft. Drain and keep aside.
- Now prepare the dressing with lemon juice, salt, coriander, mint ,green chillies and cumin and coriander powder.
- Now keep this dressing in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Now take big bowl, add the salad ingredients, take out the dressing from the fridge and add to the cooked beans.
- Mix well and serve.
