Method
    Method
  1. Soak chana dal in water for 2 to 3 hours and take out dal from water.
  2. Put chana dal and oats in mixer and grind coarsly.
  3. Grind all ingredients along with ginger and green chilli.
  4. Mix it in chana dal mixture.
  5. Make small balls and deep fry them until golden brown.
  6. Serve hot this healthy snacks with green chutney.
