A thick crust pizza cooked in a deep pie dish with lots of toppings.
- Place the pizza base on a flat dry surface.
- Spread the pizza sauce over the base and fill with the topping.
- Top with the cheese and finally drizzle the olive oil over it.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°c (360°f) for about 20 minutes or until the base is evenly browned.
- Serve hot.
