The combination of apples and dates is rich in fibre, which keeps you satiated for a long time. Using low-fat milk gives you the necessary calcium, minus the scary fat. In all, it is a real winner, in taste and nutrition!
- Combine all the ingredients and blend in a mixer till smooth and frothy.
- Pour equal quantities of the shake into 4 individual glasses and serve immediately.
