1/4 kg seedless dates (khajur)
1 cup milk
1/2 cup mixed nuts
1 tbsp ghee
sugar (if needed)

  1. Check all the dates to see if there are no seeds in them.
  2. Cut the dates into small peices.
  3. Boil the milk & add the dates to it.
  4. Keep on low flame till it is soft and mixes well to form a pulp.
  5. When done, and leaves sides, add the ghee to it followed by the dry fruits, mix well.
  6. Grease a plate and put the pulp onto it and cut into diamond shaped peices.
  7. When cool, refridgrate
