Fresh curd-2 cups
almond-1/4 cup
besan-1 cup
ghee-1/2 cup
water-3/4 cup
milk powder-1/4 cup
sugar-2 cups
almond essence-1 tsp
kesari colour-pinch

  1. Soak the almond in 1/2 cup warm water for 5 mins.peel skin.grind to a fine paste with 3 tablsp of milk.heat ghee in a kadai.add the besan and fry well till a nice smell comes. add the milk powder,sugar,water,almond paste,curd and continue stirring till the mix becomes a soft ball and leaves the side of the kadai.add the essence and briskly stir for
