This dish is very light as well is healthy . it is quick to prepare if you have all the ingredients in the house .
- First boil the banannas without pealing as it will be easier to peal once boiled .
- Then peal and mash it . add corriender leaves finely chopped , salt , green chillies finely chopped can also add red chilli if you want it more spicy . make them into small round balls and shallow fry them . once they trun light brown take them out and leave on napkin paper for the excessive oil to be soaked .
- Now take the curd and strain it thick do not take thin curd . mix a pinch of sugar in the curd along with little bit of balck salt . place the bananna vadas on the dish you want to serve and pour the curd evenly on them ,
- Lastly garnish the dahi vada with chopped corriener leaves , seka jeera and thin bhujia then serve.
