Method

  1. Wash chicken and remove fat.
  2. Marinate chicken in curd mixed with ginger, garlic, red chilli powder , turmeric powder, salt. keep this aside for 20 minutes.
  3. Cut onions and green chillies
  4. Heat oil in kadhai and add black pepper, laung, dalchini
  5. In hot oil add onions and fry till golden. add green chillies.
  6. Before the onions are brown, add chicken leaving behind the marinade. cook till chicken becomes golden.
  7. Add tomato puree and the diluted marinade.
  8. Cook chichen in simmer.
  9. Add tandoori massala during this time.
