Add to this calcium, magnesium, potassium, vitamins B2 and B12, and you get nothing short of a treasure-trove of nutrients. With a dash of unsweetened cocoa powder and organic honey, chilled full-fat curds transforms into a super-duper snack. Honey, which is always better than sugar, gives the curds a very pleasant sweetness.
