Hi. Had tried this recipe on a ironman athelete''s recommendation. Been consuming it for a month now. It is an excellent filler , can be made anytime . Reduces sugar craving at the same time gives a boost of energy. Highly recommend to all endurance runners for nutrition value.

I have this often as a snack in the morning at work as it has all the good fat and proteins from curd. Organic honey is a great choice over regular honey and sugar. The unsweetened chocolate takes care of my chocolate cravings. Thanks.
