Curd dip with veg sticks recipe - How to make Curd dip with veg sticks

Ingredients

1 cup thick curds,
2-3 cloves of garlic
10 fresh mint leaves
salt and black pepper (kalimirch) powder to taste
cucumber and carrot peeled and cut into sticks
Method

  1. Crush mint leaves and garlic
  2. Add to the curds, whisk to make into a smooth dip
  3. Add salt and pepper to taste
  4. Dip is ready
  5. Serve with chilled carrot and cucumber sticks
