Pack calcium and nutrition in the diet by choosing curd sandwiches as breakfast or snack options. The curd or dahi is used as spread along with spices and then topped with veggies.
- Mix all the ingredients.
- Put the spread on the bread.
- Put ghee on it and fry it on the frying pan.
