Prepare the favorite Curd rings as a healthy snack option. The rice flour is mixed with sour curd, chilli paste and green coriander leaves and then deep fried to crispy golden finish.
- Take a thick vessel. add sour curds , ghee , green chilli paste and salt. allow it to boil.
- Add rice flour. lower the flame.
- Boil it for 15 minutes.
- Mix properly. make small balls out of it. roll like rings.
- Deep fry in hot oil till it accquires a golden colour.
