Prepare the favorite Curd rings as a healthy snack option. The rice flour is mixed with sour curd, chilli paste and green coriander leaves and then deep fried to crispy golden finish.

  1. Take a thick vessel. add sour curds , ghee , green chilli paste and salt. allow it to boil.
  2. Add rice flour. lower the flame.
  3. Boil it for 15 minutes.
  4. Mix properly. make small balls out of it. roll like rings.
  5. Deep fry in hot oil till it accquires a golden colour.
