Yummy tea time cup cakes..
Method- Combine the plain flour, baking powder,soda, condensed milk, 4 tbsp water, melted butter, vanilla essence in a bowl, mix well.
- Pour 1 tbsp of mixture in each paper cup.
- Bake at 350 degree F or 160 degree C for 25 minutes or till cooked.
- Serve warm.
