You can pour a tsp honey on the ice cream while serving..
blend the cucumber with its skin as it will give the ice cream a natural pale green colour..take soft small or medium sized fresh cucumbers.

Cucumber ice-cream recipe - How to make Cucumber ice-cream
Cooking Time: Total Time:
1 cup thick fresh cucumber juice.(blend the cucumber with its skin without water)
1 tbsp lime juice.
4 tbsp powdered sugar.
2 cups thick heavy cream.2 tbsp honey
A pinch of ginger powder.
Crystallized ginger for garnish.
- Add powdered sugar n dissolve completely in the cucumber juice
- .add honey,heavy cream n ginger powder n whisk till soft peaks form in the light pale green cream.
- Spoon the ice cream into a plastic container with a tight fitting lid.
- Freeze over night.
- Scoop the soft ice cream into bowls n garnish it with crystallized ginger and enjoy…
