A healthy salad of cucumber and onions with a dressing of low fat mayonnaise, honey, yogurt and vinegar.
- Using the teaspoon scrape out seeds of the cucumber then slice it thinly on the diagonal then add with sliced onion set aside.in other bowl stir together mayonnaise,yogurt,vinegar,honey,black sesame seeds,salt and ground pepper mix well and add this to cucumber mixture;toss and serve immediately.
