Render a tasty and healthful touch to your evening snack choices with the delicious bread pakoda recipe. Must try this crispy ,deep fried besan (gram flour) coated bread pakoda recipe with sauce or chutney.
- Combine all the ingredients, except the bread, and mix well to make a thick batter, using enough water. Keep aside.
- Heat the oil in a kadhai and dip each bread slice in the batter and deep fry till golden brown and crisp from all the sides.
- Serve immediately.
