- Mix oats, flour, coconut and sugar in a basin.
- Melt butter\margarine and golden syrup\honey in a pan, add baking powder to it and bring to boil
- Now with a spoon pour each spoonfull on the greased baking tray and bake in moderate oven till light brown.
- Leave to cool and then put in airtight jar.
