4 boiled potatoes, 1 cup besan, 1/2 spoon tumeric powder, red chilli powder and salt according to taste, 4 teaspoon lemon juice, chopped green chillies as per requirement and 4 spoons finely chopped corriander leaves, chaat masala n oil for frying.

  1. Cut the potatoes into not very small pieces, mix all the ingredients mentioned above, use necessary water so that all the ingredients stick well on potato pieces. heat oil in a kadai n fry the potatoes untill they r crispy. sprinkel chaat masala n serve with tomato sauce or mint chutney or any of your favourite dip.
