100g. Cottage cheese grated
1tsp oil,
1tsp ginger-garlic paste,
and 25g. Green peas shelled, boiled, 10Button mushrooms, sliced,
1large tomatoes, pureed,
1 egg,
2 tbsp milk,
1tsp sugar,powdered,
saltand pepper powder to taste,
1 tbsp butter,melted,
1/4 cup flour sieved with ½ tsp baking powder,
2tbsp bread crumbs
For the seasoning--1tsp pepper powder,
1tsp tomato ketchup.
1tsp garam masala powder,
1tsp soya sauce,
1tsp honey,
1 tbsp lemon juice

  1. Heat 1tbsp oil in a wok, add ginger-garlic paste and fry till brown. stir-fry the cheese, green peas and mushrooms. add seasoning and tomato puree. cook till the gravy is thick. when cool, add one beaten egg and stir well. pour the mixture into an oven –proof greased dish. beat milk, sugar, salt, one egg and one tbsp melted butter together. add the
