Crispy thai tofu is a crunchy and stir fried tofu recipe with the tofu cubes cut into small rectangles and then seasoned up with sauces, herbs, fried onion and garlic. Enjoy as a tangy spicy starter or crispy cocktail snack.

250 gms. Tofu
200 gms. French Beans( thin and long)
3 tbsp. coarsely crushed macadamian nuts
1 tbsp. finely chopped garlic
2-3 tbsp. soya sauce
4-5 tbsp. veg. oyester sauce
2 tbsp oil for cooking
oil for deep-frying
salt and black pepper (kalimirch) powder to taste

  1. 1.cut the tofu into rectangular pieces 2x1inches long. deep fry them in hot oil
  2. Keep aside
  3. 2.cut the french beans into two. keep aside.
  4. 3. heat 2 tbsp. oil in a non stick pan or wok add the garlic and crushed macadamian nuts. sautee for a few seconds.add the french beans and soya sauce and toss.stir fry the beans for 5 mins.add 2 tsp. water. add the tofu pieces and stir fry carefully taking care not to break the pieces. add the oyester sauce, salt and pepper,2-3 spoons of water and

  6. Rice and pad thai
