Crispy Spinach recipe - How to make Crispy Spinach

Method
  1. Wash and pat dry the spinach and cut into thin strips or rectangles.
  2. Take a kadhai and heat sufficient oil and deep fry the spinach leaves until crispy.
  3. Remove immediately and drain onto an absorbent paper.
  4. Put into the serving bowl and sprinkle sesame seeds,chilli flakes,salt, pepper powder and cumin seeds powder.
  5. Serve immediately.
