Ingredients


For Sandwich toast:
12 to 15 whole wheat bread loafs
butter to smear

For Filling:-
3 onions
1 tomato
2 to 3 tsp oil
2 to 3 green chillies
salt to taste
a pinch of turmeric powder (haldi)
1/2 tsp sesame seeds (til)
1/2 tsp urad dal (split black lentils)
coriander (dhania)
Method

  1. Chop onions,green chillies,tomato and coriander into small pieces..
  2. You can do toasting and praparing the filling to gether.
  3. On a heated pan toast the bread loaf smeared with butter till golden brown..
  4. While preparing the rest
  5. In a heated pan add oil
  6. Add sesame seeds
  7. Afterit crackles,add urad dal and slitted green chillies..fry for a min..
  8. Add turmeric
  9. Add onion and tomato leave for 2 min..
  10. Add salt
  11. Garnish with coriander
  12. Serve the filling with toast or pack it in an alu foil for the dabba snack..
