Ingredients
30 gms rajma (kidney beans) , soaked it for 4 to 5 hours
3 to 4 tbsp plain flour (maida)
1/4 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper (kalimirch)
1/2 tsp tandoori masala
1 tsp oil
salt to taste
oil for deep-frying
Method
    Method
  1. Pressure cook the soaked rajma until cooked. Be careful and do not overcook the rajma otherwise they may become soft and mushy.
  2. In a deep bowl combine plain flour, chilli powder, black pepper powder, tandoori masala, salt and oil.
  3. Add just enough water to make a smooth and thick batter.
  4. Now dip each rajma piece into this mixture properly and deep-fry till golden brown.
  5. Your crispy rajma starter is ready.
