Crispy Methi Puri recipe - How to make Crispy Methi Puri

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, mix well and knead into a stiff dough using enough water.
  2. Divide the dough into equal portions and roll each portion into small puris, using little whole wheat flour if required.
  3. Prick each puri using a fork and keep aside.
  4. Heat the oil in a kadhai and deep fry each puris till they are golden brown and crisp.
  5. Drain and serve or store in an air-tight container.
