Crispy Cheese Toast recipe - How to make Crispy Cheese Toast

Ingredients
2 bread slices
1/4 cup finely chopped capsicum
1/4 cup finely chopped onions
1/4 cup finely chopped tomatoes
50 gms grated mozzrella cheese
1 tbsp fresh cream
Method
    Method
  1. Remove the edges of each bread slice and divide them into 2 equal portions. Keep aside.
  2. Combine the onion, capsicum, tomato and cream in a bowl and mix well.
  3. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and spread each portion on each bread slice.
  4. Divide the cheese into 4 equal portions and spread a portion of cheese on each bread slice.
  5. Grill the bread slices in a pre-heated griller for 5 minutes or till the cheese melts.
  6. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
