An authentic bhendi or ladyfinger recipe with seasonings and besan, crispy bhendi is very tasty and quite easy to prepare. Serve this delicious lady finger or bhindi vegetable with rotis.
- Heat oil in a kadhai. now take sliced lady finger in a bowl and add red chilli and turmeric powder to it.
- Now put the roasted cumin powder and little salt.
- Now add lemon juice and mix all the ingredients properly.
- Deep fry the lady finger. finally sprinkle some chaat masala and kurkuri bhindi is ready to serve.
