Ingredients

leftover rotis,parathas or puris
Method

  1. Cut the rotis,parathas or puris into 4 quaters.
  2. Deep fry them few at a time.
  3. Sprinkle salt,red chilli pwd and amchur pwd as soon as taken out from kadai
  4. Let it cool for some time
  5. Serve as a evening snack.
  6. Can also be used for sevpuri or dahi chaat
