Crisp Garlic Pasta recipe - How to make Crisp Garlic Pasta

Ingredients
2 cups cooked pasta
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp finely chopped garlic (lehsun)
1/2 cup finely chopped spring onions
3/4 cup chopped bread
1/4 cup chopped mushrooms (khumbh)
salt and freshly ground black pepper powder to taste
roasted and powdered cumin seeds (jeera) to taste
2 tbsp grated processed cheese
Method
    Method
  1. Heat the oil in a pan, add the garlic and bread pieces and saute until crisp and brown.
  2. Remove 1/4 cup and keep aside for garnishing.
  3. Add the mushrooms and saute lightly.
  4. Keep mushrooms firm and not soggy.
  5. Add all other ingredients and mix well.
  6. Serve fresh and warm garnished with crisp garlic, bread pieces and finely chopped tomatoes.
  7. Serve it with fresh lime juice.
