Young or old, everyone loves crepes served with ice-cream! We give a more interesting twist to this evergreen delight, by drizzling some hot fudge sauce over the ice-cream.
The texture of the crepes together with the creamy ice-cream and gooey sauce gives a totally delightful experience. This hot and cold dessert is sure to be loved by everyone.

- Place a crêpe on a serving plate, fold it over and then again fold into half to form a triangle.
- Place a scoop of vanilla ice-cream over it.
- Drizzle 1 tbsp of hot fudge sauce over it.
- Repeat step 1 to 3 to make 4 more crêpes.
- Serve immediately.
