Ingredients

1 cup porridge, roasted
5 cups hot milk
1/2 cup sugar
4 tbsp honey
6 tbsp cream (preferably cold)
1 apple, peeled and cut into small cubes
Method

  1. In a saucepan, take the porridge and add the hot milk and sugar.
  2. Stir and cook over low flame until the porridge is cooked and the consistency is thick.
  3. Add the honey and cream over it.
  4. Serve, garnished with the apple cubes.
