An easy but unique soup of cream style corn and coconut milk, flavoured with red chilli flakes and mixed herbs. The combination of coconut milk and red chilli flakes gives the Creamy Corn and Coconut Soup a tropical feel, and a slight touch of Thai cuisine.
- Combine the cream style corn and coconut milk in a deep non-stick, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes, while stirring continuously.
- Add the chilli flakes, mixed herbs and salt, mix well and cook on a medium flame for another 5 to 6 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
- Serve immediately.
