3 potatoes
2 onions
1/2 cup chopped mixed vegetables (carrots, french beans)
salt to taste
a pinch garam masala (optional)
3 to 4 cups water
coriander (dhania) leaves

  1. Boil potatoes and peal off the skin.after 2 minutes put the potatoes in mixie and make a paste.keep this aside.
  2. Fry onions.add vegetables and fry for a minute.
  3. Then add 3 to 4 cups of water.
  4. Then add the potato paste in this and stirr constantly to avoid forming lumps
  5. Add salt and allow it to boil for 2 minutes.
  6. Then add a pinch of garam masala
  7. Then garnish with butter and coriander leaves while serving
