Cream style sweet corn soup is a popular recipe to prepare everybody's favorite corn soup. The thick, creamy, and rich soup with sweet corns is best enjoyed hot with chopped celery leaves a garnish.

1 can cream style corn
4 cups Clear Vegetable Stock
2 tbsp cornflour mixed with ¼ cup water
1/2 tsp M.S.G (optional)
1/2 tsp soy sauce
salt to taste
To serve
Chillies in Vinegar
chilli sauce
soy sauce

  1. Boil the stock, add the cream style corn and mix well. allow it to come to a boil.
  2. Add the cornflour paste, ajinomoto, soya sauce and salt and simmer for a few minutes.
  3. Serve hot with the chillies in vinegar, chilli sauce and soya sauce.
