Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:
- Boil cabbage till it is tender
- Churn in a blender. sieve. melt butter, fry onion, ginger and garlic paste.
- Add soup, salt, pepper and cournflour, mix in 1/2 cup milk.
- When it is thick garnish with cream and croutons.
- Serve hot
