Method


  1. Boil cabbage till it is tender
  2. Churn in a blender. sieve. melt butter, fry onion, ginger and garlic paste.
  3. Add soup, salt, pepper and cournflour, mix in 1/2 cup milk.
  4. When it is thick garnish with cream and croutons.
  5. Serve hot
