Corn-ponk-peas Kebab recipe - How to make Corn-ponk-peas Kebab

  1. Combine the green peas, corn kernels and blend in a mixer to a coarse mixture.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
  3. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into small round flat kebabs.
  4. Roll them in the corn flour and keep aside.
  5. Heat the oil in a kadhai and deep fry the kebabs till they turn golden brown and crisp form all the sides.
  6. Drain on an absorbent paper and serve hot.
