- Mix all the above ingredients along with the water in the canned corn.the consistency should be tough enough as that of a thalipeth dough so easy to fry as pakoda.do not add extra water.
- Then prepare small pakodas and deep fry in oil till golden brown.
- This has to be served hot along with green chutney.
