6 nos american corn
3 nos chopped onions
2 nos finely chopped tomatoes
1 spoon ginger garlic paste
salt to taste
1 tsp kashmiri lal mirchi
1 tsp dhania powder
pinch of turmeric powder
4 cloves
4 black pepper
1 cinnamon stick
2 green cardamom
Dhania leaves.

  1. Take 4 fresh american corns,remove the cobs and keep them aside.take the rest 2 corns,remove the corn cobs and grind them to a fine paste.take a kadahi,add 2 table spoon of oil,heat it.add the whole garam masalas like clove,black pepper,green cardamom and cinnamom stick to the oil,followed by the paste of ginger and garlic.later add the finely chop
