In rainy season corn is a must ingredient in my kitchen.I love corn.These pakodas are one of my favorite with the crispiness of corn and crunchiness of veggies.must try.

Corn and Vegetable Pakodas recipe - How to make Corn and Vegetable Pakodas

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 4 serving

2 corncons
1 tbsp besan (bengal gram flour)
1 cup chopped mixed vegetables
1 tsp chopped green chillies
1/2 tsp grated ginger (adrak)
1/4 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp chilli powder
salt to taste
1 tbsp hot oil
oil for frying
lemon juice and chaat masala to sprinkle
  1. Wash the corns and grate it.
  2. in a bowl place all chopped vegetables in this corn.
  3. Add the besan, green chillies, ginger, turmeric powder, chilli powder, garam masala, hot oil, and salt in above mixture and mix.
  4. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai.
  5. Make small pakodas and deep fry till golden.
  6. Drain pakodas onto the absorbent paper and place on a serving tray.
  7. Sprinkle lemon juice and chaat masala and serve hot with mint-coriander chutney.
