Corn and potato sandwich is a delicious sandwich recipe with boiled and mashed potatoes mixed with corn and filled in between the bread slices. Serve the corn sandwich toasted or plain with ketchup.

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 2 servings

Ingredients
1/2 cup sweet corn kernels (makai ke dane) (makai ke dane)
1 to 2 spring onions with greens , chopped
2 potatoes , boiled
4 tbsp grated processed cheese
a pinch of salt
a pinch of freshly ground black pepper (kalimirch) powder
butter
4 slices bread
Method
    Method
  1. Mix all ingredients except bread and butter well.
  2. Apply butter on bread slices and then spread mixture evenly.
  3. Grill on sanwich maker or waffle maker and serve hot with ketchup.
