If you wish to break away from the standard coconut or potato-based accompaniments, try this corn and paneer bhaji with your dosa! of late, innovatively stuffed dosas are featuring on menus across the world. So, why not try one stuffed with this subzi?
- Heat the oil in a broad non-stick pan, add the onions and sauté on a medium flame for 1 minute.
- Add the green chillies, sweet corn kernels, paneer, coriander, turmeric powder, sugar, salt and 2 tbsp of water and cook on a medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes, while stirring gently.
- Serve hot with dosas.
