Corn toast is a lovely toast recipe with corn mixture mixed with grated cheese, cucumbers and then added as filling in between the bread slices.

8 slices of bread and butter as required
100 gms corn (makai ke dane) and salt and pepper
little milk
50 gms processed cheese
1 capsicum

  1. Butter the bread slices & set aside.
  2. Pressure cook the corn till done.
  3. When cool add salt, pepper and little milk, and grind to a coarse paste and stir over low heat till thick.
  4. Spread a little corn paste over a bread slice. repeat the procedure for rest of the 3 slices. and sandwich them.
  5. Decorate with hot corn.
  6. Serve with tomato ketchup.
