2 Fresh Corn Boiled

For the white sauce
2 tsp butter
2 cups milk
2 tsp maida
2 cubes of cheese
salt to taste
Pinch of ground black pepper
8 slices of bread
Butter for applying on the bread

  1. Boil the corns in a pressure cooker till 6-7 whistles.
  2. Then scrape it & keep it aside.
  3. To make white sauce.
  4. --------------------
  5. Melt the butter in a pan & add maida to it.
  6. Saute it till the maida gets light pink in colour.
  7. Then add milk to it.
  8. Cook it till thick cosistency.
  9. Then add the scraped cheese &
  10. Corn in it.
  11. Put the ground black pepper & salt to taste.
  12. Mix it well.
  13. Then apply butter on the 2 slices of bread.
  14. Take one slice & put the corn mixture on it.
  15. Put another slice of bread on it.
  16. Then toast it in the sandwich toaster.
  17. Serve it with tomato sauce.
  18. Repeat the same procedure to make remaining sandwiches.
