A very colourful salad made in a jiffy. Pomogranate can be substituted by tomatoes also.

Corn Salad recipe - How to make Corn Salad

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 4 servings

1 cup boiled sweet corn kernels (makai ke dane)
3/4 cup pomogranate (anar)
1 cup fresh curds (dahi)
chaat masala to taste
salt to taste
1 slit green chilli , finely chopped
2 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania)
1 tsp sugar
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Serve chilled.
