Corn Potato Pakoras recipe - How to make Corn Potato Pakoras

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups boiled sweet fresh corn (makai ke dane)
1 cup boiled potatoes
1/2 cup grated processed cheese
1 slit green chilli
1/2 cup chopped fresh coriander (dhania)
salt to taste
2 tbsp cornflour
Method
    Method
  1. Boil a vesselful of water, add corn and boil it for some times and set aside.
  2. Grate the boiled potatoes.Keep aside.
  3. In another bowl,combine potatoes,grated cheese, finely chopped chilli,finely chopped coriander,salt,corn and roll it in small pakoras and roll in with cornflour and deep fry.
  4. Serve hot with green mint chutney
