Corn Potato Pakoras, corn, potato and cheese together combine to make a quick scrumptious snack.
Enjoy these crunchy cheesy pakoras on a rainy day and it's so easy to prepare, so even on a busy day just go ahead and enjoy with evening tea or coffee and great to serve as a starter too.
- Boil a vesselful of water, add corn and boil it for some times and set aside.
- Grate the boiled potatoes. Keep aside.
- In another bowl,combine potatoes,grated cheese, finely chopped chilli,finely chopped coriander,salt,corn and roll it in small pakoras and roll in with cornflour and deep fry.
- Serve hot with green mint chutney
