A combination of pasta, mayonnaise and veggies which will make everyone love salads.

Corn Pasta Salad recipe - How to make Corn Pasta Salad

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 4 serving


For The Dip
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp cream
1 tsp black currant squash syrup
1 tsp tabasco sauce
salt to taste

For The Salad
1 cup finely shredded purple cabbage
1 cup boiled sweet corn kernels (makai ke dane)
8-10 cherry tomatoes
8-10 basil leaves
1 cup chopped green , yellow and red capsicum
1 cup boiled pineapple
salt and freshly ground black pepper (kalimirch) to taste
  1. Combine the mayo, cream, black currnt squash, tobassco sauce and blend it in a mixer till smooth.
  2. Take bowl add all veggies and pineapple and add the dip according to the coating to veggies and the dip should not be too much and mix well.
  3. Serve immediately.
