  1. Boil the corn cob, cool and grate. Keep aside.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan and add the cumin seeds.
  3. When the seeds crackle, add the onions and saute for a few min.
  4. Add the tomatoes and cook for 3 minutes.
  5. Add the grated corn, mix well and cook for a min.
  6. Add salt, some water and cook for 3 minutes.
  7. Arrange the rice on a plate, pour corn in the middle and garnish with coriander leaves.
  8. Serve hot.
