Corn Paneer Balls recipe - How to make Corn Paneer Balls

Ingredients
200 gms grated paneer (cottage cheese)
1 cup mashed sweet corn kernels (makai ke dane)
2 tbsp cornflour
2 tbsp plain flour (maida)
2 tsp chilli powder
salt to taste
1 tsp garam masala
1 tbsp cornflour dissolved in 3 tbsp water
bread crumbs for coating
oil for deep frying
Method
    Method
  1. Combine the paneer, corn, cornflour and maida in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Add the garam masala, chilli powder and salt and mix well.
  3. Add enough water and mix well to make a thick mixture.
  4. Divide the mixture into 5 equal portions and shape them into small balls.
  5. Heat the oil in a kadhai, dip the balls in the cornflour paste then coat them evenly with the bread crumbs.
  6. Deep fry till they turn golden brown and crisp from all the sides.
  7. Serve hot.
